Wake me up smoothie

Ingredientsfor 1 glass (approx. 200 ml):

125 ml freshly brewed black coffee

1 spoon unsweetened cocoa powder or grated, raw chocolate

75 ml Milk

2 soft dates (remove seeds)

Method:

Allow 125 ml of the freshly brewed coffee to cool. 

Add the rest of the ingredients and the coffee into a blender and mix well.

Wah-la! Your choco-coffeelicious sip of heaven is ready!

Each glass contains approx. 100 kcal, 3 g fat and 9 g Carbohydrates.
