No such thing as perfect

I recently overheard my husband answer a friend’s query about how healthy we eat. 

“We have good days and bad days, but we only post the good ones!” 

It was a stark reminder to acknowledge my humanness, my mistakes and also my responsibility to share that with those of you I connect with on social media. 

Here’s showcasing the bad times. 

So yes, there are days when all I can think about is a big bag of chips and lots of chocolate. 

These are mostly times when I’m so stressed, I can’t be bothered about the last healthy eating blog I read or even wrote myself! So, I indulge joyfully.  

I usually have a junk food hangover the next day and realize I need to recalibrate. 

I fall too, we all do.  The important thing is to get up and get back on track. 

There’s no such thing as perfect!
